Aunt Terry, Nancy, Judy, and Steve: We are so sorry for your loss! Uncle Monroe has alway been one of our favorite people in this world! We have always looked up to him, cherished his friendship, honored, and respected him! So much so... we named our third son after him (Blake Monroe Elliott born 4-13-1995). Blake will know what his name Monroe stands for... A man of courage, honor, compassion, and wisdon, who had a love for his family and call to care for them beyond his own needs, wants, or fear!!
